Meet Our Team

Tiffeni Fontno, Ed. D.
Director at Peabody Library, Literacy & Education Advocate
A seasoned educator with extensive experience in classroom teaching, school librarianship, and educational technology, Dr. Fontno currently contributes to higher education administration. Her academic background includes teaching children's literature courses at the university level. As an active member of the American Library Association, she remains engaged with the broader field of library science.

Ashford Hughes Sr.
Executive Officer for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for MNPS
Ashford is currently leading initiatives to address historic inequities and strengthen partnerships with organizations serving diverse student populations. Previously, he served as the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer for Nashville, where he authored the city's first DEI roadmap and led efforts to attract a diverse workforce and improve procurement practices.

Eno Richardson, M. Ed
Founder of Eno Richardson Consulting (ERC) and former educator
With over over 13 years of experience improving literacy outcomes for Black and Brown students, Richardson firmly believes that reading equalizes, offering growth and opportunities irrespective of background. ERC collaborates with school leaders to enhance students' development by offering student-centered academic support, culturally responsive curriculum design, and data-driven coaching.
